We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Affiliate Manager with 3-4 years of proven experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the growth and optimization of our affiliate marketing program, identifying and recruiting new partners, nurturing existing relationships, and ensuring strong ROI in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. What You Will Do:
Program Management & Growth:

  • Strategically grow and manage the end-to-end affiliate marketing program, from recruitment to activation and optimization.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-quality affiliate partners across various verticals to expand program reach and impact.
  • Develop and implement strategies to re-engage dormant affiliates and maximize their performance.
  • Monitor affiliate performance daily, analyze key metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions, EPC, ROI), and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Proactively identify and resolve affiliate-related issues, ensuring smooth operations and partner satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in affiliate marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Affiliate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with affiliate partners through regular communication, support, and performance feedback.
  • Negotiate favorable commission structures and terms with affiliates to ensure mutual profitability.
  • Provide affiliates with necessary marketing materials, tracking links, and performance reports.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with top affiliates to strategize and optimize campaigns.

Campaign Optimization & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and initiatives for affiliates.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of affiliate activities and commissions.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on affiliate program performance, highlighting key insights, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Network Expertise:

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of common affiliate networks (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, Impact.com, Partnerize) to maximize program potential and troubleshoot issues.
  • Utilize network features and tools effectively for recruitment, tracking, and reporting.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3-4 years of demonstrated experience as an Affiliate Manager or in a similar role within a performance marketing environment.
  • Proven expertise and hands-on experience with major affiliate networks such as ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, Impact.com, Partnerize, etc.
  • Strong understanding of various affiliate models (e.g., content, coupon, loyalty, review, influencer).
  • Demonstrable track record of recruiting, managing, and optimizing a successful affiliate program, delivering measurable ROI.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment, adapting quickly to change and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

We aim to offer competitive direct compensation and a rich indirect compensation program that demonstrates the value we place on our employees and their wellbeing.

Total Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $105,000
  • Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 5% ($4,250 - $5,250)
  • Target Total Cash: $89,250 - $110,250
