As a Media Solutions Analyst, you will grow your digital media activation skills & capabilities across full the Google Marketing Platform (e.g. DV360, SA360, CM360), unlocking value across channels (Advanced TV/CTV, Audio, Video/YouTube, Display/Native, SEM) and the ad tech ecosystem of SSPs, CDPs, DMPs, ad verification partners, and more. Aside from an advancement in technical skills, this role will offer a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to support a business from the ground up, developing processes, growing the team, etc. You’ll have multiple opportunities to take on challenges that you feel are mission critical for the business to scale effectively.

THE ROLE
● As a Media Solutions Analyst you’ll support the overall team on a day-to-day basis
● Once you get up to speed, you will have the opportunity to be the primary point of contact for
select clients and a critical operational partner for many others
○ Collaborating with Napkyn team members to support roughly 5-10 media clients
○ Responsible for understanding clients’ business issues and goals and successful delivery
of marketing/media services.
○ Becoming a trusted “go-to person” for clients, providing both strategic & technical
guidance
● You will support project management and innovation across the Media Solutions team, identifying
process pain points that can be improved via better workflow and/or automation
● Responsible for supporting Media Team with billing and technical troubleshooting
You Will Learn: Refine your programmatic/biddable media expertise while broadening your optimization
expertise with Google’s omni-channel media trading platforms and analytics tools, actively planning and
launching campaigns across GMP.

Total Compensation:
- Base Salary: $58,750 annualized ($28.25/hourly)
