Role Overview

Kikoff is seeking a Tax Experience Professional to provide educational consultations that help customers better understand tax obligations, credits, deductions, and filing strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct 30-minute virtual consultations with Kikoff customers
  • Explain tax basics in simple, consumer-friendly language
  • Help customers understand common deductions and credits
  • Educate customers on IRS payment plans and relief options
  • Provide guidance on tax planning strategies to improve financial outcomes
  • Identify potential tax risks or filing mistakes customers should avoid

Ideal Background

• CPA, EA, or experienced tax preparer
• 3+ years of individual tax preparation experience
• Familiarity with IRS payment programs and taxpayer rights
• Ability to simplify complex tax topics for consumers
