About the Role

In this role, you'll craft compelling narratives, create engaging demo content, and connect directly with our audience to showcase the power of our solutions. You will translate complex technical features into clear, compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences across digital channels. You’ll play a key role in designing exciting user journeys for freemium products, launching targeted campaigns to attract self-service users, and leveraging data to optimize performance. 

This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical rigor to deliver impactful results. You’re joining a team with high-performing, highly intelligent people, who are building the future and want to dominate a new AI Category of enterprise tech. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define and execute our product marketing strategy – from high-level messaging to creating technical content for our ICPs ranging from technical leaders, product managers, and engineers
  2. Dive deep into competitor research to uncover insights, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and craft powerful positioning strategies that clearly highlight why our platform is the leader in the space
  3. Define and execute marketing/growth campaigns – email, paid, webinars, live events, sponsorships, etc.
  4. You’ll be the bridge between the tech team and our audience, making sure every product feature and capability gets its time in the spotlight.
  5. Take complex technical features and transform them into digestible content that will be used across Kizen’s website (written and video), social media and sales enablement materials
  6. Produce quick, punchy, and highly engaging product demo videos tailored for social media—snackable content that grabs attention and leaves a lasting impression.
  7. Craft freemium user journeys that convert curiosity into commitment. From the first click to the “aha!” moment during free trials, you’ll map out seamless paths that wow our users and keep them coming back for more.
  8. Design and execute creative campaigns to bring new users into our self-service platform experience –whether it’s through paid or organic initiatives, your work will make onboarding feel smooth and exciting.
  9. Lead engaging product demo calls/webinars for our Agent CRM product, and host coffee chats 2x per week for people who are interested in learning more about AI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B product marketing role for a technical product
  • A track record of using data and automation to drive predictability and scale
  • You have a skill for turning complex ideas into easily digestible, compelling narratives that resonate across different audiences.
  • Confident communicator with experience delivering live demos, webinars, or virtual product presentations
  • Experience designing user journeys, especially for freemium products or self-service SaaS offerings.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, always willing to roll up your sleeves to support the team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • You’re excited to dive into the world of innovative technology and help simplify it for others.
  • Excited to be in-office with your peers - requirement to work in our New York City office 4X a week to stay closely connected with our team and collaborate in person.
  • Eager to be a part of a startup that is amongst some of the major winners of the AI movement in the enterprise space 

Preferred

  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and the ability to connect technical features with user benefits
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, or enterprise SaaS products

The base salary range for this position is [$145,000-$215,000]. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer generous equity and benefits packages.
