In this fun, fast-paced role, you will support our Courseware publishing team by assisting with quality assurance for new eLearning content maintenance projects, and customization projects. Duties include auditing content at various stages of the project from storyboards to graphic assets to final modules and assets for the KB4 Learning Management System, the ModStore.
Responsibilities:
- Review eLearning modules and provide feedback to courseware staff
- Review and provide suggested edits for module, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverables
- Review graphics deliverables as to quality and adherence to courseware standards
- Test built modules for functionality and adherence to accessibility standards
- Create and review accessible PDFs
- Provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to enhance all of the departments in courseware
- Participate as needed with collaborative projects across publishing teams
- Exercise independent discretion on assigned projects
Requirements:
- B.A. in English, Linguistics, Instructional Design/Education
- C2-level proficiency in the English language - U.S. dialect
- Experience with GSuite or Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent internal customer service skills and attention to detail
- Experience with web-based project management systems
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
