
VP SMB Account Executives

The VP Account Executives is responsible for managing, monitoring, coaching, and training a team of SMB Account Executive Directors and SMB Account Executives. This position will make a direct impact on KnowBe4 strategic success by driving the revenue-generating activities and identifying opportunities to improve sales techniques that increase productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor team and subordinate SMB employee statistics
- Partner with the Director of Training to set up training for Account Executives who need coaching and implement strategy to improve their sales performance and efficiency.
- Ensure SMB Directors are effectively assisting their subordinates in managing accurate pipelines and exceeding their sales goals
- Assist with the recruitment of additional personnel
- Conduct bi-monthly pipeline reviews with your Directors
- Meet/exceed overall revenue objectives for the SMB Account Executive Area
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management
- Ensure accurate forecasting is provided to sales leadership team
- Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weigh
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience successfully running a sales organization and or territory
- Experience managing a SaaS sales force and/or managing a sales force in the IT Security space (exceeding quota on a consistent basis)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
- Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong ability to motivate and increase sales using a positive approach
- Strong coaching skills
- Persuasive communication skills
- Strong team player
- Able to motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical, strategic mindset and negotiation skills
- Passionate about IT security
