As the Director, Strategic Channel Enablement & Activation you play a pivotal role in leading and developing world-class enablement programs and experience for our global partner community and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building enablement content for VARs and MSPs that helps them accelerate through their unique and dynamic KnowBe4 partner journeys. You will also be responsible for the interlock of our PRM and LMS to ensure partner portal, content and training options align to industry best practices and a positive partner experience.

You will own developing, measuring, improving and executing Global Channel enablement programs and partner experience. Your goal will be to design highly effective data-driven programs that prioritize results and increase the number of partners enabled as well as their utilization of our portal benefits. You will analyze and track the number of partners certified and partner with Global Channel Sales to consistently increase certification levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Use existing frameworks to execute a multifaceted channel enablement strategy that aligns with our revenue goals and our commitment to partner success
  • Architect and execute enablement programs specifically geared toward accelerating our VAR and MSP partners to drive ARR growth
  • Aligning the interlock of our PRM and LMS for a positive partner experience
  • Lead in designing and developing an industry standard certification program and continuous education experiences for partners
  • Collaborate with Global Channel Leadership and strategic partners to gather and analyze input as it relates to the development and creation of new training content, the modification of existing training content, and certification programs
  • Understand Global security trends, Channel best practices, KnowBe4 products and the KnowBe4 Partner Portal
  • Lead the creation and execution of dynamic on demand Channel training content for internal global teams 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for KnowBe4's products and Channel Sales Team 
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments to develop and strengthen Channel training initiatives
  • Analyze and track the number of partners certified and partner with Global Channel Sales to increase certification levels
  • Cooperate with People Operations to manage all HR-related issues within your team e.g. interviewing new candidates, helping with career development for high potential employees, and managing average and low performers.
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Channel ecosystems is a must
  • Experience with Instructional Design or Instructional Technology (or comparable work experience) is a must
  • At least 5 years experience in curating training and development programs
  • Experience in partner enablement, channel sales, channel training and development or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience in the assigned area required
  • Experience in IT Channel Sales (SaaS preferred) 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent higher education experience, desirable
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with the ability to collaborate respectfully, navigate shared responsibilities and influence successful outcomes
  • Top notch Communication skills, verbal & written, including the ability to confidently present to audiences of channel partners and/or executives
  • Ability to learn and apply new tools, techniques and processes quickly
  • Great listening skills to working with subject matter experts (SME) and other team members to incorporate their ideas and feedback
  • First rate skills at time and priority management
  • Familiarity with and interest in current communications and visual design principles and how they apply to adult learners
  • Curious, innovative, and creative
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

The salary for this position ranges from $220,000 - $240,000 which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
