Job Summary

We are hiring Associate Analyst Cohorts for our Koddi Impact Program (summer session) — a program built for the AI era. We're looking for recent graduates who don't just understand data, but know how to work with AI to move faster, think bigger, and deliver more for clients. This isn't a program about learning to use spreadsheets. It's about becoming the kind of analyst who can direct AI agents, validate outputs, and translate results into strategy - all within one of the most exciting spaces in tech: commerce media.

The program is an intensive 8-week training program covering the full analytics lifecycle at Koddi, with AI fluency built into every week. You'll leave with hands-on experience using real AI-powered workflows, a deep understanding of the retail media landscape, and the foundation to grow into a high-impact role on our team.

Program Highlights:

  • Starts June 8, 2026, and running for eight weeks.
  • Train directly on Koddi's AI-powered platform and internal tooling, not just theory
  • Learn how to use large language models (LLMs) like Claude to accelerate analysis, automate reporting, and draft client-ready insights
  • Build prompt engineering skills and understand how to design repeatable AI workflows
  • Develop the critical thinking needed to audit, challenge, and refine AI outputs, because the best analysts know when not to trust the model
  • Present ideas and findings to real stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Participate in leadership workshops and soft skill development
  • Receive executive mentorship and peer-to-peer support throughout the program

What you'll do

  • Use AI tools daily to analyze data, identify trends, generate insight summaries, and draft client-facing recommendations - faster and at greater scale than traditional methods allow
  • Build and refine prompts and AI-assisted workflows that support reporting automation, campaign analysis, and client communication
  • Apply critical judgment to evaluate AI-generated outputs, catching errors, filling gaps, and ensuring accuracy before insights reach clients
  • Collaborate with client strategy, data, and engineering teams to deliver on client requirements using AI-augmented workflows
  • Communicate directly with clients to explain trends, surface opportunities, and recommend growth strategies - including transparency around how AI was used in the analysis
  • Contribute to the development of scalable, repeatable processes that help the team operate more efficiently as AI capabilities evolve
  • Stay current on AI developments relevant to data analysis, commerce media, and advertiser operations

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field — or completion of a relevant bootcamp
  • Graduation/bootcamp completion date no later than May 2026
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools - ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar - to do real work: drafting, summarizing, analyzing, or automating
  • Genuine curiosity about how AI is changing the nature of analytical work, and a desire to be at the front of that shift
  • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Strong critical thinking skills - you know how to pressure-test a model's output, not just accept it
  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain AI-assisted findings to clients and non-technical stakeholders without losing them
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments where the tools themselves are changing
  • Collaborative by nature - this role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology
  • Availability to be onsite Monday to Friday in our Fort Worth office for the duration of the program
  • Availability to work full-time after the cohort program

Form CC-305

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
