Senior Program Manager
JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Program Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving client growth, operational excellence, and scalable retail media performance. This role is responsible for overseeing complex programs across feature development, advertiser performance, and cross-channel expansion while leading and developing a team of Program Managers and Analysts.
You will eliminate ambiguity, accelerate execution, and translate strategic client goals into measurable outcomes. Acting as both a strategic advisor to clients and a people leader internally, you will align cross-functional teams, influence product direction, and ensure programs deliver revenue growth, operational efficiency, and long-term platform value.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and Analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance oversight
- Own senior-level client relationships across program management, feature development, integration, and advertiser performance
- Serve as the strategic advisor and escalation point for key partners
- Translate client business objectives into actionable product requirements, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize features and accelerate delivery
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Account Management, Delivery, Support, and Product teams
- Eliminate ambiguity in performance reporting by delivering clear, data-driven insights that exceed revenue and adoption targets
- Expand platform value by guiding clients across onsite, social, programmatic display, CTV, and emerging advertising channels
- Champion AI-powered tooling and automation to improve efficiency, budget utilization, and media effectiveness
- Proactively adopt emerging AI tools to enhance personal productivity, strategic analysis, reporting quality, and decision-making speed
- Evaluate, test, and operationalize new AI-driven solutions that improve workflow efficiency across program management, performance optimization, and client communication
- Coach and enable your team to effectively leverage AI in their daily workflows, establishing best practices and ensuring responsible, high-impact usage
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into repeatable processes, reducing manual work and increasing scalability across accounts
- Oversee program roadmaps, ensuring scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication are aligned and executed with precision
- Lead partner QBRs and strategic planning sessions focused on growth, optimization, and long-term investment strategy
- Identify opportunities to increase advertiser adoption, improve performance, and scale revenue across accounts
- Coordinate and lead team activities while contributing to broader management decisions and operational improvements
- Monitor retail media and CPG industry trends to inform innovation and test-and-learn opportunities
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in advertising technology, retail media, or CPG advertising
- 3+ years of people management experience, including leading, mentoring, and coaching high-performing teams
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets
- Deep expertise in self-serve ad platforms such as Koddi, Walmart Connect, Amazon, DSPs, Criteo, social platforms, and retail media networks
- Strong understanding of software delivery processes, product development lifecycles, and customer success workflows
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable product and service solutions
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data, SQL, and performance insights to inform strategic decisions
- Strong operational acumen with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams under tight deadlines
- Exceptional executive-level communication and relationship management skills
- Experience coordinating multiple business functions to resolve client issues and launch new services
- Fluency in advertising ecosystems including paid search, display, sponsored listings, and omnichannel media strategies

- High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
