As we move towards a product and platform-driven organization from a services-based model to a productized platform, we are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with our CEO to drive strategic initiatives and scale Konovo for the next phase of growth. 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment across all high-priority initiatives. 
  • Develop and oversee the creation of strategic materials for internal and external audiences, ensuring alignment with business priorities and executive objectives. 
  • Assess and execute high-impact strategic initiatives, including M&A and business transformation, rapidly develop expertise to drive efficiency, problem-solving, and value creation. 
  • Drive proactive, solution-oriented collaboration across departments, ensuring streamlined communication and effective decision-making to advance strategic initiatives. 
  • Champion Konovo’s culture by fostering collaboration, innovation, and a positive work environment, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision and company mission. 
  • Establish systems, structures, and communication methods that promote accountability for the company’s strategic priorities, OKRs, and major business initiatives, fostering alignment and transparency across teams 
  • Lead special projects as assigned by the CEO, bringing structure and rigor to ambiguous challenges. 
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and key stakeholders, both internal and external. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy or a Chief of Staff role in a high-growth environment. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft high-impact presentations and executive briefings, ensuring clarity and alignment on key business priorities. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive decision-making. 
  • Highly adaptable, resilient, and solutions-focused, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving business landscape while maintaining a positive and results-driven mindset. 
  • Experience with M&A, financial modeling, operations, or strategic planning 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. 
  • East Coast-based, primarily remote, with occasional travel as needed to support key initiatives

Our job titles and range posted may span more than one career level for a given job title. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for a variable plus employee benefits. The estimated cash compensation range for this role is: 

$150,000-185,000 USD
