Project Finance Analyst

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create budgets, financial models, and forecasts. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Track project expenditures against budgets and identify and communicate budget variances.
  • Assess project profitability and financial health and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports for tracking expenditure and communicate financial performance to management.
  • Ensure projects comply with financial policies and regulations and assist with audits.
  • Develop and update financial forecasts based on project progress. Provide financial insights and advice to project managers and leadership
  • Maintaining project and documentation records, including project, staff and consultants’ contracts.
  • Coding invoices and other program expenditure

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of progressive experience in project finance process or similar roles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing work effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance & Accounting
