What you’ll do
As a Design Director, you will:

Lead the creative vision and direction for multiple high-profile consumer brand projects.

Bring deep expertise in brand identity and packaging design to deliver award-winning, commercially effective work.

Partner with strategy, client services, and production teams to merge bold creative ideas with strong brand strategy.

Act as the creative lead on pitches, concept development, and project delivery.

Develop breakthrough design ideas across consumer touchpoints — from packaging to in-store and digital experiences.

Serve as a key client contact, presenting concepts with authority and building long-term relationships.

Mentor and inspire junior designers, ensuring work meets Landor’s high standards of creativity and craft.

Ensure all work aligns with client brand positioning, market objectives, and strategic goals.
What you’ll need

Significant design leadership experience within a brand/design agency environment.

A strong portfolio showcasing world-class consumer branding and packaging design.

Proven ability to translate strategic thinking into exceptional design execution.

Deep understanding of FMCG/CPG brand challenges and opportunities.
-
Strong conceptual thinking, craft skills, and the ability to tell compelling design stories.

Experience managing stakeholders at all levels with confidence and business acumen.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and emerging AI tools.

Knowledge of current and emerging design trends, both in consumer branding and broader cultural contexts.

Passion for design, brand, and creative excellence, combined with commercial awareness.
