What we are looking for:
At amp, we created the best-in-class AI Audio Management System that powers a brand’s entire sound journey: Sonic Hub. To effectively manage our Sonic Hub systems, we're seeking a motivated Product Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) – our Quality Hero – who has already gained some working experience in product management, to help us ensure smooth and efficient product operations.

What you’ll do:
As our Quality Hero, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Product & Tech team, focusing on the coordination of various aspects across the entire product lifecycle:

  • Quality Assurance & Process Control: Continuously monitor product performance, proactively manage the resolution of bugs in a timely and efficient manner, identify areas for ongoing platform optimisation by systematically gathering user feedback, maintain document specifications.
  • User Management & Support: Provide first-level user support, answer product-related questions for internal teams, coordinate product launches to ensure smooth rollouts.
  • Operational Excellence: Effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Establish and maintain comprehensive product documentation (guidelines, FAQs, training materials) as a central knowledge base.
  • Agile Project Management: Independently and proactively track project progress and ensure that deadlines are met.

What you’ll need:

  • Based in Munich, Germany, you are ready to collaborate closely with our Product & Tech team in the office.
  • You hold an academic background (e.g. Computer Science, Information Science or similar) and have already gained initial practical experience in areas like Product Operations, Project Management, or Product Development processes.
  • You possess strong problem-solving and organisational skills, a meticulous work ethic, strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
  • You communicate excellently in English and have a strong service orientation. German language skills are a valuable plus.
  • A passion for music, creativity, and branding is considered an advantage.

Perhaps not all aspects align perfectly? That's completely fine! amp is committed to supporting your professional and personal growth, and we'll work together to discover your unique development opportunities.

Our adventure includes:
More than just a job: a creative, international environment for great work, fast growth, and genuine enjoyment. Expect music, room for your ideas, flat hierarchies, and an open team culture. We offer flexible hybrid work, learning opportunities, and practical perks like the Deutschlandticket, discounted Urban Sports Club, Corporate Benefits, LinkedIn Learning, and much more. And yes, there’s fruits too.

We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around three days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.

We build brands. We build futures. amp, a WPP company, is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all applicants without discrimination or regard to particular characteristics, committed to a culture of respect where everyone belongs and can progress in their careers.
