Revenue Systems Analyst
About the Job:
We are looking for an accomplished Revenue Systems Analyst to drive and optimize our revenue operations systems and strategy. This role is pivotal in advancing our RevOps capabilities, improving process efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives for revenue growth.
Candidates should bring experience in systems like or similar to Salesforce, Outreach, or Gong. As a Revenue Systems Strategy Partner, you will help shape the revenue tooling ecosystem, ensure and deliver an exceptional customer tooling experience from lead generation to renewal.
Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance in planning, drafting, and implementing advanced technical solutions for system-based requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across platforms.

Lead and oversee complex projects focused on system improvements, integrations, and revenue-driven initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with strategic goals, and optimal performance.

Leverage a broad, comprehensive technical skillset to address system-related issues, identify root causes, and deliver innovative, efficient solutions that drive business value.

Lead or collaborate in the selection and deployment of new revenue-related systems or system upgrades, guiding the entire process from vendor evaluation to full implementation to ensure optimal functionality and performance.

Serve as a trusted resource for enablement teams, offering strategic direction and hands-on guidance to ensure effective training on new systems, promoting smooth transitions, and ensuring ongoing user adoption.

Manage a support desk with a focus on efficiency and responsiveness, leveraging technical expertise to address and resolve system-related issues with minimal disruption to operations.

Utilize agile methodologies to triage and analyze incoming system-related requests, ensuring timely, data-driven resolutions while maintaining high service standards.

Document and communicate system changes comprehensively, capturing context, logic, and the driving factors behind enhancements and fixes for future reference and compliance.

Drive and lead change management initiatives, fostering process adoption and operational improvements across teams, and ensuring new systems and processes are embraced and effectively utilized.

Continuously assess revenue systems and processes, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue growth.

Oversee the maintenance and performance of the revenue tech stack, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems and maintaining operational excellence.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex system-related issues that impact revenue processes, leveraging deep technical expertise to restore functionality and prevent recurrence.

Take ownership of project-based responsibilities as assigned by leadership, driving initiatives to successful completion in alignment with broader organizational objectives

Handle project based duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

5+ years experience as a Salesforce administrator or related experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional business groups.

The ability to translate back and forth between general business requirements and detailed technical requirements in relation to Salesforce and other revenue system tools.

Working experience with program and project management concepts.

Ability to document technical requirements for system enhancements or system adjustments.

Drive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge organizational and time management skills.
Pay:
Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level P3:
-
Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or New York City Metropolitan Area: $114,000 - $150,000**

Zone 2: Boston, DC, Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Seattle: $103,000 - $135,000**

Zone 3: All other US locations: $97,000 - $125,000**
LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
*Within the United States, our geographic pay zones are defined by counties surrounding major metropolitan areas.
**Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, and mental health benefits in addition to salary.
