☁️ Salesforce Developer – Sales Cloud & Territory Management Focus (Full-Time, Remote)

Are you passionate about building smart, scalable Salesforce solutions that make life easier for Sales and Ops teams? At Launchpad, we're looking for a Salesforce Developer to lead the design and development of customized solutions within Sales Cloud, with a strong focus on Territory Management. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into seamless Salesforce experiences that drive real results.

🗓 Start date: ASAP

📆 Contract length: Indefinite

🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 to 16.30 PST

🏡 Work mode: 100% remote


🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs: flows, process automation, custom objects, integrations
  • Manage and optimize Territory Management features within the platform
  • Build and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to deliver scalable enhancements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
  • Ensure data quality, security, and best practices across the Salesforce instance
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new features to improve platform value

✅ What You Need to Succeed

Must-haves

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud configuration and development
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce API integrations
  • Experience with process automation: flows, validation rules, and workflows
  • Familiarity with Territory Management in Sales Cloud
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, platform architecture, and integration patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years in general Software Development
  • Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification
  • Experience creating architecture diagrams or technical design docs
  • Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field
