  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and network devices

  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting proactively

  • Managing user accounts, permissions, and access control

  • Documenting configurations and system procedures

  • Handling routine updates, patches, and backups

  • Supporting business-critical IT infrastructure

  • Communicating clearly in English and collaborating in remote teams

💡 Do you have experience with…?

  • Windows Server and Linux environments

  • Virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V)

  • Networking protocols and firewall configurations

  • Scripting with PowerShell or Bash

  • Backup and disaster recovery systems

  • Incident response and system outage resolution

  • ITIL practices or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

➕ Bonus points for:

  • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA Server+, Linux+)

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments

  • Familiarity with configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, etc.)

  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
