Marketing Manager, Website

We're looking for a full-stack marketer and storyteller to own our website – including messaging and content, creative UX/UI and ongoing conversion optimization. We need someone with experience cutting through industry jargon and creating compelling brand narratives, who also has a strong analytical ability and a passion for conversions and acquisition. The ideal candidate is data-driven, experimental and has a strong bias for action.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (sales, product marketing, and senior leadership) to break down complex product marketing information into simple, compelling narratives
• Manage all website messaging and design with the support of our in-house creative team and copywriter 
• Monitor website analytics to proactively identify areas for improvement in UI//UX, SEO, and conversion rates 
• Manage A/B testing strategy of website elements to optimize for conversions and user engagement
• Leverage our external SEO partner to implement and maintain SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization (title tags, meta descriptions etc), link-building, and technical SEO audits
• Manage relationship with external web development agency for technical implementation, maintenance support and bug fixes
• Manage website-related budgets and project timelines
• Regularly share reports and communicate insights to relevant teams and leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand marketing or product marketing (B2B preferred)
• High proficiency in using a CMS (e.g. WordPress)
• Experience with website and search traffic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, MOZ)
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate results and insights
• Experience with any Business Intelligence (BI) and/or data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to execute with a high degree of accuracy
• A passion for healthcare and a desire to make a difference
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) is considered an asset
