Job Summary:

Lendz Financial is seeking an exceptional Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role will be pivotal in driving growth and operational excellence within our rapidly expanding company. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is excited to streamline and scale campaign execution across multiple channels, optimize marketing automation workflows for maximum efficiency, ensure superior data quality for insightful decision-making, and enhance cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations.

This role is onsite at our Lendz Financial office in Fort Lauderdale, offering a hands-on, in-person experience that fosters collaboration and innovation.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, detail-oriented Marketing Operations expert with deep experience in marketing automation, strong proficiency in CRM and lead management (specifically Salesforce), and a comprehensive understanding of compliance with global email regulations. You should be an excellent communicator who excels at articulating ideas clearly, fostering teamwork, and proactively resolving challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timelines are consistently met and operations run smoothly.
  • Constantly refine and enhance marketing automation processes to maximize campaign performance.
  • Maintain and improve data quality and establish comprehensive reporting systems to support insightful, data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster seamless collaboration and alignment among marketing, sales, operations, and external vendors, ensuring cohesive strategies and flawless execution.
  • Proactively address and resolve issues in real-time to minimize disruptions and sustain high-performance campaign outcomes.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply fully with global regulatory standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM) and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with content, creative, and legal teams for thorough review, archival, and maintenance of digital assets.
  • Track, measure, and report on critical KPIs including lead volume, cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing operations, specifically focused on campaign management and marketing automation.
  • At least 2 years direct experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Slack, Knak, Zoho, and Webflow.
  • Proven success managing lead lifecycle processes including scoring, routing, nurturing, and attribution.
  • Strong abilities in database management, segmentation strategies, and data integrity.
  • Comprehensive understanding of global compliance and email governance best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.

Compensation:

The approximate compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 in annual salary. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package, will be determined based on factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.
