Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst
This role serves as the primary owner of Go-to-Market (GTM) reporting requirements, KPI definitions, business logic documentation, and analytics design across the GTM technology ecosystem. The Senior GTM Operations Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for translating business questions into scalable reporting solutions through clear requirements, data governance, KPI standardization, and analytics product management practices. The position supports execution of the end-to-end flow of GTM data and processes, ensuring leadership has trusted insights to run the business and supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Product Ownership & Requirements Management
- Translate business reporting and analytics needs into clear, actionable requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, KPI definitions, data mappings, and process flows.
- Partner with GTM Operations, Business Systems, and Data Engineering teams to prioritize reporting initiatives and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Serve as Product Owner for GTM reporting and analytics initiatives, managing backlogs, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
- Document and maintain reporting logic, end-to-end data flows, business processes, and system dependencies across source systems, Databricks, and Power BI.
Data Ownership & Governance
- Define and enforce governance standards for GTM data across accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and activities.
- Own the GTM metrics framework, including KPI definitions, calculation methodologies, dimensional structures, and reporting standards.
- Establish authoritative data sources, metric ownership, lineage, transformation logic, and reporting certification.
- Monitor data quality and resolve reporting, business logic, and system integration issues through root-cause analysis.
- Maintain analytics documentation, including KPI definitions, business rules, data mappings, reporting requirements, and operating procedures.
Reporting & Analysis Continuity
- Design and oversee scalable Power BI solutions built on curated Databricks datasets and governed business logic.
- Define reporting requirements, data models, measures, KPIs, and visualization standards to support executive decision-making.
- Validate data, calculations, and KPI consistency across source systems, Databricks, and reporting platforms.
- Support executive reporting and business reviews with trusted, actionable GTM insights.
- Ensure reporting solutions align with approved business definitions, documented requirements, and governed data sources.
- Advance AI adoption across GTM Operations by evaluating, piloting, and scaling AI-driven tools and processes.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing Ops, Cx Ops Finance, Business systems to align strategy, data flows, and reporting dependencies.
- Ensure end-to-end from Lead to Renewal data flows cleanly and are productionized for platform stability.
- Collect stakeholder feedback, assess impact, prioritize enhancement requests, and recommend roadmap sequencing based on business value and resource constraints.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, etc. operations in a SaaS or GTM-focused environment.
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining automated dashboards in PowerBI
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, DAX, Databricks, and enterprise reporting environments
- Deep understanding of KPI design, dimensional modeling concepts, reporting governance, and data lineage.
- Deep understanding of GTM operational processes and metrics across demand generation, pipeline management, forecasting, opportunity management, customer lifecycle, retention, and executive performance reporting.
- Proven ability to prioritize competing stakeholder requests and influence decisions through data, business impact analysis, and structured governance processes.
- Strong experience writing detailed business requirements, acceptance criteria, data mappings, source-to-target documentation, and reporting specifications.
- Preferred: Experience with AI/automation tools; data privacy compliance; working knowledge of Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Hubspot and similar GTM tools
