The role:

As our Product Operations Associate, you’ll be at the heart of how we drive excellence across a high performing product team! 

Working hand-in-hand with our senior product leaders (including our CPTO & Director of Product) you will support in enabling strategic delivery, aligning priorities and improving our decision making abilities across the organisation! By coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting Product Managers to focus on strategy and outcomes, you’ll play a pivotal role in how we continue to deliver high-quality capital products at scale!

This role will give you the opportunity to join a multi-product organisation and a high performing product team, who are pushing the boundaries of what a FinTech organisation can achieve through innovation at scale! What You'll Be Doing

  • Run and maintain operating cadences for the product and engineering organisation, including quarterly planning, roadmap updates, and release communications.
  • Coordinate cross-team collaboration between Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, and Commercial to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward.
  • Ensure product documentation, workflows, and specifications are up to date, well-structured, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
  • Maintain and improve core product dashboards so product managers have quick access to the metrics that matter.
  • Support the definition, rollout, and tracking of success metrics for key product initiatives, partnering closely with Data teams.
  • Build and manage feedback loops from merchants, partners, underwriting, support, and commercial teams to inform product decisions.

 

What we think you'll need:

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and basic SQL or Looker
  • Detail-oriented and structured; able to create order without adding bureaucracy
  • Clear communication skills; able to synthesise information for stakeholders
  • You are comfortable working with technical teams and learning how complex systems work
  • Curiosity about product management and a desire to understand how great product teams operate

 

What to expect from the interview process:

  1. 30 min screening call with Chess (Internal Recruiter)
  2. 1 hour video interview with Felix (Product Director)
  3. Face-to-face interview with the wider team
