About The Team

The mission of our recently formed advertising business is to match our members with brands, products, and services that improve everyday family life, generating new innovation in our free member experience.  We recognize that a thriving advertising business funds amazing deals and experiences for our members, while delivering rich insights and business results for brands that want to connect with everyday family life.

While advertising is a newer business at Life360, our ambitions are grounded in powerful foundations for a scaled business.  We are the 13th largest app by daily active users (DAU), possessing a unique understanding of family relationships, movement patterns and paths to real world purchases.  We are committed to a privacy by design approach to serving our members, while also maintaining an experience that is safe for brands catering to families.  Joining our team today is an opportunity to build a high growth business inside a trusted consumer brand that is growing our audience and expanding our value for our members.

The advertising team values teammates that have a bias for action, optimizing for momentum over perfection.  We value experimentation and thoughtful risk takers who embrace testing and learning from failure to innovate rapidly.  We believe in a mission-driven collaborative work style where we prioritize transparency, accountability, and shared purpose in everything we do.  Lastly, we want you to bring joy to the work - what we are doing requires tremendous energy and focus, so let’s have fun while we do it.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
