About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and efficient execution. This position works hands-on with engineering, product, marketing and design to define and execute the product roadmap. You are a leader with significant experience and expertise in technical program management, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $125,500 to $187,000 USD. For candidates based in Canada, the salary range for this position is $145,500 to $173,500 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex, cross-functional programs: Manage programs that involve multiple teams and departments, requiring strong coordination and communication skills. 
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals: Ensure projects align with overarching objectives and key results. 
  • Work closely with engineers: Work in close collaboration with engineering teams to identify and solve technical problems, influence technical decisions. 
  • Drive project execution: Manage project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery. 
  • Streamline processes: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project execution. 
  • Cross-functional alignment: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. 
  • Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Influencing stakeholders: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. 
  • Deep technical expertise: Have a strong understanding of the relevant technical domain and be able to make informed decisions about technical trade-offs. 
  • Problem-solving: Identify and resolve complex technical and organizational challenges. 

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects. 
  • Deep understanding of relevant technologies, ability to make informed technical decisions and influence system designs and roadmaps.
  • Ability to motivate and influence teams and stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, written, and presentation.
  • Proven ability to understand and break down complex, multifaceted programs and projects into manageable pieces, organize cross-functionally and drive execution.
  • Experience with program management tools and methods.
  • Experience working as part of a team, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and follow industry trends.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch
