Alongside owning a personal quota, you will elevate the broader team by sharing enterprise best practices, mentoring colleagues on high-value opportunities, and helping turn successful strategies into scaleable, repeatable execution. This role is focused on winning new logos and positioning Lifted as the integrated solution for contingent workforce programs across IC, EOR, AOR, staff augmentation, and SOW models.

This is a senior enterprise sales position requiring executive presence, commercial rigor, and deep knowledge of contingent workforce ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Net-New Enterprise Revenue

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close within large, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage a targeted enterprise prospect portfolio aligned to Lifted’s ICP.
  • Lead complex, procurement-driven evaluations including RFPs, compliance reviews, and commercial negotiations.

Strategic Account Penetration

  • Identify and convert high-value new logos with multi-SKU opportunities across IC compliance, AOR/EOR, staff augmentation, and SOW.
  • Develop deal strategy, positioning, value rationale, and commercial proposals tailored to enterprise buying committees.
  • Multi-thread across HR, Procurement, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance stakeholders.

Player / Coach Contribution

  • Carry an individual quota while supporting rep productivity through deal coaching and high-impact executive engagement.
  • Support stalled or high-complexity deals through executive-level intervention.
  • Contribute to territory planning and account tiering alongside sales leadership.

Market & Compliance Expertise

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of contingent workforce compliance, MSP/VMS ecosystems, rate structures, and labor classification risk.
  • Translate regulatory and workforce trends into differentiated positioning in enterprise conversations.

Forecasting & Pipeline Discipline

  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and activity alignment.
  • Operate with clear pipeline coverage expectations and activity-to-outcome logic.

What It Takes

  • 10+ years in enterprise new business sales within contingent workforce, staffing, HR tech, procurement tech, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated success closing long-cycle (6–18+ month), multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Deep knowledge of IC/AOR/EOR workflows, MSP programs, VMS tools, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven executive-level engagement and negotiation capability.
  • Strong commercial instincts with disciplined forecasting and documentation practices.
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth, evolving environments.
