At Lightspeed, we’re growing fast — and our Lightspeed Capital team is no exception. We’re on the lookout for a Dutch-speaking Enablement Manager who’s excited to train, coach, and empower our Capital Account Managers to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Train & Onboard: Design and deliver effective onboarding and training programs that set new hires up for success from day one.
  • Coach to Perform: Run individual and group coaching sessions focused on sales techniques, product understanding, and customer conversations.
  • Build Learning Content: Create playbooks, training decks, knowledge base articles, e-learning modules, and more — content that sticks and scales.
  • Measure What Matters: Use tools like Salesforce and Gong to track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust programs for impact.
  • Collaborate Cross-Team: Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting to align on messaging and ensure our teams are always equipped with the latest tools and insights.

What You Bring

  • Experience in sales enablement, training, or coaching, ideally within a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — confident leading both virtual and in-person sessions.
  • You know how to make content engaging, relevant, and actionable.
  • Proficient with tools like Docebo, Gong, Articulate, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
  • Fluent in Dutch/Flemish, French, and English.
  • You’re self-motivated, people-focused, and love seeing others succeed.
