NuORDER by Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to drive adoption, engagement, and growth across our wholesale network. This role owns full-funnel marketing strategies across acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing adoption with a focus on increasing retailer participation and strengthening brand visibility within the Marketplace, which is transforming the fashion, apparel, sports, outdoor and footwear industries. 
Our network includes over 4,000 brands including Ralph Lauren, ACNE, Burberry, Brunello Cucinelli, Tom Ford, and Zegna as well as 100,000 verified, active retailers and exclusive partnerships with Macy’s, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale’s, Saks Fifth Avenue, Shopbop, Boozt, Saint Bernard, END Clothing, and David Jones. As Integrated Marketing Manager, you will link campaigns to the bigger story of our expanding ecosystem, shaping our narrative and driving differentiation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the development and execution of annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps to support growth in the acquisition and adoption of brands and retailers in the Marketplace.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and brand experiences across all channels (including but not limited to email, in-app, paid media, content, events, social, etc).
  • Lead the development of acquisition and lifecycle content across channels, ensuring messaging and creative are aligned to audience segment and funnel stage
  • Conduct brand and retailer interviews, sourcing quotes and imagery to support featured brand storytelling and an ongoing editorial calendar.
  • Curate and create compelling category-specific content, landing pages, and calls-to-action within the Marketplace
  • Manage email hygiene, segmentation and targeting, complying with GDPR and privacy laws. 
  • Utilize marketing automation tools and technology platforms to streamline campaign execution, orchestrate relevant lifecycle journeys, track performance metrics, and optimize go-to-market initiatives for maximum impact.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and areas for growth. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide regular performance reports on campaign ROI, lead progression, KPIs, and growth opportunities for senior leadership. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Lightspeed Retail POS teams, external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to support marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

What you need to bring:

  • 5+ years experience in Demand Generation, and Brand or Customer Journey Marketing (or an equivalent marketing role).
  • Previous experience in Wholesale, Retail or Fashion is preferred.
  • Previous employment in B2B or eCommerce is preferred.
  • Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI. 
  • Proven background in marketing planning and forecasting strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-time strategic initiatives. 
  • Experience piloting new tactics and developing a robust testing and optimization strategy to improve lead generation and ROI.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
  • As a global company with employees and clients outside of Quebec, fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.
