Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and articulate individual to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for warm and targeted leads. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on conversations, has a competitive edge, and wants to be part of a fast-growing real estate tech firm that values results, flexibility, and fun.

This position is commission-only, remote, and highly flexible in both time and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective investors via warm outbound calls and follow-ups.
  • Set qualified appointments for Account Executives and leadership.
  • Use tools like a power dialer and CRM to accurately log call outcomes and lead data.
  • Identify investor needs through thoughtful discovery and qualification.
  • Follow up with:
    • Inbound leads from paid search and social campaigns (retail investors).
    • Prospects from B2B2C channels (e.g., professional property managers' clients).
    • Cold leads and re-engagement efforts with former prospects and existing investors.
  • Continuously improve your talk tracks, close rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Engage in self-guided online training with support from experienced teammates.

 

Qualifications

  • Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people regularly
  • Confident, articulate, and able to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a flexible, remote, commission-based environment
  • Competitive mindset with a strong drive to meet or exceed goals
  • Coachable and open to feedback with a desire to continually improve
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when tracking calls and outcomes
  • Able to manage time effectively and work independently without micromanagement
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn tools like CRMs, power dialers, and spreadsheets
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or phone-based roles is a plus
