About Lineage

Lineage is revolutionizing real estate investing by making generational wealth accessible to everyone. We provide a modern, all-in-one platform that helps investors, property managers, and partners succeed through hands-on education, asset management, and a real-time investment property marketplace. With over $1.5 billion in transactions, we’re simplifying rental property ownership and empowering everyday people to build long-term wealth—anytime, anywhere.

Position Overview

As an Account Executive (Investment Property Specialist), you’ll guide high-income professionals who are already exploring passive income through a personalized investing journey. These aren’t cold calls or unqualified leads. You’ll connect with people who are ready to invest, but need expert guidance and a tailored plan to move forward.

This is not a traditional agent role. You’ll run Wealth Plan Presentations over Zoom, educate clients on investment fundamentals, and help them make confident property purchases aligned to their financial goals. Most clients go on to build full portfolios with 60% making repeat investments - so the opportunity for long-term success (yours and theirs) is built in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct tailored Wealth Plan Presentations with warm, inbound leads
  • Guide clients through a consultative discovery process focused on long-term goals
  • Present investment opportunities that align with each client’s personal financial plan
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) to track, follow up, and re-engage existing leads
  • Educate clients on real estate’s four rates of return and the role of passive income
  • Build and manage an ongoing book of business, supporting repeat clients through additional purchases
  • Deliver a white-glove client experience across 45-day, 6-month, and annual follow-ups

Qualifications

  • Experience applying a consultative sales approach, with a focus on uncovering clients’ deeper financial goals and motivations
  • Proven ability to guide clients through complex decisions by educating them on their options rather than relying on high-pressure tactics
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term, trust-based client relationships that lead to repeat business and portfolio growth
  • Comfortable discussing wealth-building strategies, including passive income models and the financial metrics behind real estate investing
  • 3+ years in consultative sales (B2C or B2B), ideally in financial services, SaaS, insurance, or investment advising
  • Background in discovery-driven sales or solutions-based presentations
  • Comfortable with longer sales cycles and guiding prospects through major decisions
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot a plus) and virtual sales environments (Zoom, screen share, etc.)
  • Strong verbal communication, organization, and self-management skills
  • Willingness to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License (not required to start)

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
