Social Worker – Fostering and Adoption – Jersey

About the role:
Jersey is looking to recruit permanent social workers for the Fostering and Adoption Teams.
What will your key responsibilities be?
- Hold a small caseload
- Assess and Support Families: Evaluate and assist prospective foster and adoptive parents.
- Child Welfare: Ensure the safety and well-being of children in care.
- Case Management: Maintain records and develop care plans for children and families.
- Work in a multi-agency setting.
- Contribute to supervision and team meetings.
- Promote a child centred approach to achieve the best possible outcome for children and families.

About you
- Hold a social work degree.
- Right to work in the UK and hold clean UK driving licence.
- Registered with SWE
- Post qualified experience within children and family services.
- Willing to relocate to Jersey.
