Safeguarding Social Worker - East London
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a Social Worker to join the safeguarding team in an East London Borough.
About the Role
As a Social Worker, you’ll manage a diverse caseload, conducting assessments, planning interventions, and coordinating care packages that promote wellbeing and safeguard vulnerable children and young people. You’ll work closely with families, carers, and multi-agency partners to deliver impactful, culturally sensitive support.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake statutory safeguarding investigations
- Assess risk and develop robust safety plans in collaboration with families and professionals
- Deliver timely interventions that reduce harm and promote resilience
- Maintain detailed case records and prepare reports for legal proceedings
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding legislation, policies, and procedures
- Participate in reflective supervision and continuous professional development
What You’ll Need
- A Social Work degree
- Registration with Social Work England
- Completion of your ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment)
