Overview:
As our Senior Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy to build brand awareness, generate and progress the pipeline, and increase customer retention for LivePerson. You will own the production and drive the distribution and performance of high-quality marketing assets, with an emphasis on long-form editorial content, customer stories, industry thought leadership, and data-driven storytelling. Reporting to our Senior Director of Marketing, you will partner closely with other teams across marketing, sales, and product, and help solidify LivePerson’s position as a global leader in enterprise Conversational AI.
You will:
- Pitch and create high-quality content that educates and inspires our audience, differentiates our brand, and meets our business objectives.
- Write and edit a variety of marketing assets, including ebooks and white papers, blog posts and bylines, customer stories and case studies, newsletters, webinar talk tracks and video scripts.
- Develop, craft, and launch a series of data-driven industry reports, infographics, and other content that leverages the billions of customer conversations we power on a monthly basis.
- Incorporate content marketing best practices for search engine optimization and analytics.
- Help build and manage a bench of freelance writers.
- Conduct strategic content assessments (qualitative and quantitative) to identify content opportunities to support our business and customers' needs.
- Leverage data analysis, user research, and content audits to inform your strategic content decisions.
- Work cross-functionally with teams like design, product marketing, and sales to identify and execute content opportunities.
- Map content needs and requests against our customer lifecycle.
- Identify innovative ways to integrate generative AI and conversational design into LivePerson’s content strategy.
You have:
- At least 7+ years of experience in online content strategy and production, ideally in the context of a marketing team and/or B2B SaaS company.
- Outstanding writing chops. You can consistently produce high-quality content on brief and on deadline.
- Excellent communications skills, with the ability to synthesize and articulate content strategy among internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and personal leadership skills. You know how to drive cross-functional projects forward and be a team player.
- Ability to leverage data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and content audits to facilitate content decisions and deployment.
- Top-notch project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to scale bandwidth using AI tools.
- Solid understanding of search engine and conversion rate optimization best practices.
- Degree/diploma in English, journalism, humanities, marketing, communications, or comparable professional experience.
- Market knowledge and experience conversational AI, customer experience, or enterprise software is a huge plus.
Benefits:
The salary range for this role will be between $ 100,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. During the phone screening, your recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role.
