ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development, execution and optimization of administrative experiences for our B2B SaaS platform. This role will focus on building intuitive, scalable, and efficient admin interfaces and workflows, empowering enterprise customers to configure, manage, and optimize their usage of our product. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams to deliver best-in-class administrative tools that enhance usability, security, and operational efficiency for B2B customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with enterprise customers and admins to understand pain points and feature requests.
- Set product area direction, define and execute the product roadmap for administrative experiences, including user management, access control, schedule management, settings, configuration etc.
- Drive self-service and automation initiatives to reduce friction for administrators managing complex enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, CSMs, and data teams to ensure features are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.
- Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and usability testing to drive data-informed decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, or admin tooling.
- Strong background in building admin experiences, self-service portals, and enterprise management tools.
- Experience with user roles & permissions (RBAC), security policies, and workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of B2B customer needs, especially IT admins, security teams, and enterprise users.
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, device lifecycle management, and data reporting to enhance administrative capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
