
Strategic Account Executive - Industrials - North East

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re seeking a high-performing Strategic Account Manager to join our sales team. We are hiring in the Northeast.
This role is responsible for owning and growing key Fortune 1000 accounts, sourcing new business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term strategic value. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our largest clients - understanding their physical security challenges and aligning LVT solutions to their strategic priorities. You’ll also be expected to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Business Development – Prospect, engage, and close new accounts in the Industrial sector.
- Account Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Account Expansion – Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Solution Alignment – Partner with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and client outcomes.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring – Lead contract negotiations and close multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Market Intelligence – Stay ahead of trends in physical security and the competitive landscape.
- Customer Advocacy – Champion the voice of the customer across internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sales or account management, ideally in SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Physical Security.
- Proven track record of exceeding quota, closing six- to eight-figure multi-year contracts, and winning President’s Club or similar awards.
- Deep understanding of complex enterprise sales processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously or within a team.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Clari) and familiarity with common sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
