ABOUT THIS ROLE
At LVT, we're redefining public safety and asset protection with powerful, scalable security technology. As Director of Strategic Growth, you'll help us scale smarter—unlocking our largest, most complex opportunities, guiding executive engagements, and partnering across teams to deliver high-impact results. This is a high-visibility role, designed for a strategic operator who can both lead in the boardroom and execute in the trenches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Strategic Revenue Growth
- Partner with account teams to expand and close high-impact opportunities.
- Elevate deal strategy, coach teams, and help them execute on executive-level conversations.
- Ensure we maximize LVT's value with every strategic account.
- Executive Engagements
- Act as a frontline executive presence for strategic customers.
- Bring consistency, confidence, and C-suite-level trust to key relationships.
- Coordinate the involvement of LVT executives to keep momentum strong and build long-term partnerships on mission critical deals.
- Navigate Complex Sales Cycles
- Help guide multi-threaded sales pursuits from first presentation to final procurement in the moments that matter most.
- Help teams tackle blockers across pricing, sales pitches, executive and product alignment.
- Ensure internal teams stay synced and collaborative to increase our chances to win.
- Fuel Cross-Functional Execution
- Ensure strategic deals are aligned across sales, ops, product, and engineering.
- You'll be a translator and bridge-builder, driving clarity for top customer priorities and urgency across internal teams.
- Elevate Competitive Deal Cycles & Share Field Insights
- Capture what you see in the field—from market shifts to product gaps to competitive momentum.
- Share insights regularly with leadership to help guide LVT's GTM, roadmap, and strategic bets.
- Partner with competitive intelligence teams and lead go-to-market motion for competitive deal cycles and enable the field on how to win against key competitors.
- Build Strategic Acceleration Programs
- Transform successful one-off plays into scalable programs and help enable the sales field to execute effectively.
- Lead initiatives that accelerate growth across verticals or customer types—whether industry-specific rollouts, renewal expansion playbooks, pricing frameworks, etc..
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in strategic sales, enterprise deals, or revenue strategy.
- Deep experience in navigating long, complex deal cycles with executive stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence internal and external senior leaders.
- Track record of coaching and enabling cross-functional teams to drive growth.
