  • Manage Due Diligence Questionnaires, Requests For Proposals, LP information requests, and the response library, including intake, routing, data gathering, drafting, review, approvals, and follow-up.

  • Maintain data rooms and investor-facing repositories, including document organization, access, version control, and quality assurance.
  • Support investor presentations, pitch books, meeting materials, analyses, and other content through research, drafting, formatting, and careful review.

  • Help improve CRM, request-tracking, reporting, and other team processes and technology.
  • Provide thoughtful, professional support in responding to LP requests and ensure questions are routed to the right internal owner.

Skills and Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in investor relations, fund operations, private equity, asset management, financial services, client service, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and workstreams with consistent follow-through; experience in using AI tools to improve upon these workflows.
  • Clear writing and editing skills, strong attention to detail, and comfort working with data, Excel, PowerPoint, and shared systems.
  • A service-oriented approach, sound judgment, discretion, and the confidence to ask questions and clarify ownership when information is incomplete.
  • Private-markets experience is helpful but not required; comparable experience in a detail-intensive, client-facing, or coordination role is relevant.
  • A collaborative working style and interest in learning how funds, investors, and private-markets businesses operate.
