Position Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Project Manager who will be an instrumental member of our Client Services team, supporting the successful delivery of sourcing projects across indirect spend categories for a leading healthcare client. Reporting directly to the LogicSource Managing Director, Account Lead overseeing this client relationship. This role requires strong project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve potential project delivery issues while operating effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for providing day-to-day sourcing and procurement support, including the planning of sourcing activities; facilitating and coordinating vendor selection and negotiation efforts with support from Center of Excellence (COE) resources; investigating demand management opportunities and compliance enhancement, delivering relevant market intelligence, including trends, capacity, price benchmarks, and innovations; and reporting on and managing vendor performance, serving as a key point of contact for all issues across in-scope categories.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development, management and execution of project plans in partnership with COE category leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment to financial, operational, and timeline commitments for our clients.
- Partner with COE category stakeholders to update and maintain project plans, sourcing data and spend/savings projections within the Portfolio performance management system.
- Manage the cadence of reporting, updates and escalations on sourcing projects with stakeholders across the COE as well as other “Customer” business stakeholders (including but not limited to Client Engagement, Client Services and Client Solutions)
- Coordinate and support discussions with internal and client stakeholders; ensure structured follow up process is maintained to track progress, decisions, and changes within the Portfolio system.
- Proactively manage potential delays, hindrances and develop action plans to address accordingly.
- Develop client reports, executive readouts, and presentation templates to ensure cohesiveness in messaging, flow, and content across projects and clients.
- Build strong relationships with the different internal LogicSource teams.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and efficiency, develop and implement process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4-6 years of project management, procurement, or operations experience.
- Proficient at using common tools used in project management/ management consulting roles (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) or other project planning & management tools.
- Strong project management experience (project management certification highly desirable), preferably in a client-facing role.
- Ability to operate within a highly matrixed and fast-paced organization structure.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to think critically, and offer creative solutions.
- Detail oriented and tactically focused with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- High degree of emotional intelligence with capability to build trust and relationships with peers.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and change management principles.
- Experience in managing operation/ supply chain/ strategic sourcing programs is a plus.
- Strong team player; able to interact with all levels of management.
- Entrepreneurial aptitude with a commitment to client service.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, communicate effectively and influence.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Tech-savvy and agile, with the ability to quickly master new systems and tools to support evolving business needs.
Travel: This is a hybrid role that requires commitment to regular travel to the client’s office in Peoria, IL, as needed for team collaboration and business activities.

NOTE: The listed compensation range reflects the anticipated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and job-related factors, and may include additional benefits consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.
Pay Range
$70,000 - $155,000 USD
