Integration Consultant 

As an Integration Consultant at Logiwa, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, implementing, and maintaining integrations between Logiwa’s order fulfillment SaaS platform and our customer’s e-commerce and order management systems. You will serve as a subject matter expert on integration, APIs, and data transformation matters, both internally and with customers. You will provide integration expertise and guide our customers for quick onboarding, ensuring integrations are standardized, seamless and sustainable. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Understand customer functional processes to lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of integration solutions between our SaaS platform and external systems 
  •  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Logiwa’s core 3rd party integration APIs like UPS, FedEx, Shopify, NetSuite 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive customer-facing and internal technical documentation, including integration specifications, architecture diagrams, and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including onboarding, product managers, developers and customer support as necessary 
  • Develop robust and scalable integration solutions, using various protocols such as SOAP, REST, EDI, and XML, and ensure they adhere to industry best practices, security standards, and data privacy regulations
  • Develop efficient workflow-based solutions using Elsa Workflow and CDATA, tailored to meet business requirements. 
  • Optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of integration solutions to handle high volumes of transactions and complex data flows.
  • Rigorously test the implemented integrations to ensure they meet the required specifications and are free of defects
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated integration issues, providing expert-level troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Continuously monitor existing integrations for performance and functionality.  Develop and implement proactive monitoring and alerting systems to identify and resolve integration issues before they impact customers.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify strategic integration opportunities that can drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Lead technical training sessions and workshops for internal teams and customers on best practices in integration and API usage.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the integration space to continuously improve processes and integrations. 

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience 
  • 5+ years of proven experience in systems integration, with a strong focus on SaaS, EDI and order integrations. 
  • Proficiency in API development using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies
  • Experience with SQL, data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and order fulfillment processes 
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on years of experience. This position is also eligible for a 10-20% bonus, dependent on attainment of individual goals and metrics and company revenue performance.
