 Role Overview:

Lola Blankets is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our influencer marketing and brand marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building meaningful brand relationships and looking to grow our influencer marketing program. You will gain hands-on experience working with influencers, executing campaigns, and helping shape our brand voice across multiple channels.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying, researching, and vetting potential influencers aligned with the brand
• Support outreach and communication with influencers, including managing partnerships and follow-ups
• Lead influencer PR box gifting – gathering addresses, formatting gifting spreadsheets, and managing PR box relationship and travel to our Idaho warehouse during the week of August 6th - 13th to package boxes
• Help coordinate influencer campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
• Support influencer team in brief creation for all campaigns
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)
• Contribute to brand marketing initiatives, including content planning and campaign ideation
• Assist in maintaining brand consistency across social media, email, and other marketing channels
• Monitor social media channels and emerging influencers
