Sr. Sales Specialist - Used Cars, Frankfurt (m/f/d)
Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Specialist – Used Cars, you will drive Lucid’s pre-owned sales performance in Germany while ensuring operational excellence across the entire used car lifecycle. Based in Frankfurt, you will combine customer-facing responsibilities with hands-on operational execution — from vehicle appraisal and trade-in handling to pricing support, listing management, showroom presentation, and delivery coordination.
You will work closely with studio teams, service centers, logistics partners, and the European Remarketing Team in Amsterdam to ensure alignment with regional strategy, pricing guidance, and premium brand standards, while contributing to the continued growth and scalability of Lucid’s pre-owned business in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Execution

• Own the customer journey from first contact through vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and vehicle handovers while upholding Lucid’s premium brand standards.
• Manage the sales funnel in Salesforce (lead qualification → opportunity → quote → close) and maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and data quality.
• Achieve individual sales targets aligned with the commission plan while maintaining high customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).
• Provide transparent, data-backed trade-in evaluations to support deal conversion and customer retention.
Vehicle Appraisal & Trade-In
• Perform accurate vehicle appraisals based on condition, mileage, equipment, service history, and market demand.
• Use Lucid tools and market data to generate competitive and customer-transparent trade-in valuations.
• Support studio teams in evaluating trade-ins and integrating valuations seamlessly into the sales process to maximize close rates.
Pricing, Market Intelligence & Residual Value
• Monitor competitor listings, market trends, and residual value dynamics across Germany.
• Collaborate with the Amsterdam Remarketing Team to align pricing strategies and ensure strong market positioning.
• Flag pricing opportunities and slow-moving vehicles and recommend actions to improve rotation, margins, and inventory performance.
Pre-Owned Operations & Time-to-Market
• Coordinate with Service and Logistics to ensure timely inspection, reconditioning, photography, and listing readiness.
• Support efficient vehicle intake processes from acquisition through inspection and preparation.
• Minimize days-to-market and days-in-inventory by proactively managing bottlenecks and readiness status.
• Support healthy stock rotation and pipeline visibility through accurate inventory tracking and coordination.
Digital Marketplace & Showroom Presentation
• Manage and optimize listings on Mobile.de and other relevant platforms, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and premium presentation.
• Ensure showroom display meets Lucid’s premium standards, including vehicle cleanliness, merchandising assets, price transparency, QR codes, and spec sheets.
• Regularly audit listing quality, imagery, and content and drive continuous improvements to customer conversion.
Events, Activations & Brand Experiences
• Support and participate in local events, test drive activations, and brand experiences to promote the pre-owned portfolio.
• Represent Lucid with professionalism and enthusiasm at all customer-facing events and ensure vehicle readiness for activations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Sales, Service, Logistics, Operations Partners, and the European Remarketing Team to ensure smooth workflows from vehicle intake to delivery.
• Share insights and feedback to continuously improve Lucid’s pre-owned program, including processes, pricing strategies, and customer experience.
