
Executive Assistant

We truly believe our people are our greatest asset. As an Executive Assistant, you will have broad administrative responsibility to support the Chief Financial Officer & Sr. Vice President of Finance, while enabling exceptional business results.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to identify operational problems or process needs, and execute to make the supported department operate more effectively
- Ability to assess the needs of your executives and delegate to the correct leaders to ensure tasks are completed
- Plan, organize, and maintain multiple calendars
- Lead out high level projects and events from start to finish
- Set agendas, prepare presentations, take minutes, and note action items
- Email management, with ability to prioritize time sensitive matters
- Coordinate travel and manage travel budget for departments
- Maintain and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and contracts
- Organize meetings, events, off-sites, and luncheons
- Keep recurring operations running smoothly
Requirements:
- 4+ years of executive support
- Previous experience working closely with C-level executives
- Strong cross-functional project management experience
- Experience managing data and compiling analysis for executive-level leadership
- Excellent use of grammar and punctuation
- Experience developing and fine-tuning processes
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- While we operate in a hybrid work environment, this role is expected to have a strong in-office presence to support their executives, who are regularly in office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of G-Suite preferred; understanding of Navan, Coupa, and Expensify is a bonus
- Experience working in high-tech or a high-growth environment preferred
