Associate Product Manager - Asset Hub

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our Intelligence team and work directly alongside senior product leaders on some of MaintainX’s most important initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience in building modern web applications, scaling content with data, and contributing to AI-powered features. You’ll be a key partner on the Asset Hub project while also broadening your product management skills across other core, platform, and AI feature teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with the Product Director to shape and deliver the Asset Hub, a new system that powers discovery, content, and AI workflows.
  • Work across frontend and backend web app development efforts to ensure customer-facing experiences are simple, fast, and reliable.
  • Use large data sets to programmatically scale content and drive product-led SEO growth.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate product goals into actionable requirements and clear user stories.
  • Help validate direction by analyzing data, interviewing customers, and testing hypotheses.
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning with Marketing and Sales to ensure new launches are successful.
  • Track progress, define success metrics, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Grow your product toolkit by supporting projects across our platform and AI teams, learning how to design for scalability, adoption, and measurable impact.

About you:

  • 1 to 3 years of product, analytics, engineering, design, or operations experience with a strong desire to grow into a product management career.
  • Comfort working with technical teams on both frontend and backend web applications.
  • Familiarity with SEO and experience using data to scale content or solve business problems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive into data, identify trends, and translate insights into product decisions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  • Clear communicator, organized, and motivated to learn from hands-on product work.
  • Excited to build your product management career by contributing to core, platform, and AI-driven features.
