
Accounting Intern (Summer 2025)
SUMMARY
The Accounting Intern will be responsible for supporting our accounting team with various financial tasks and projects. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Transactions: Inputting financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets.
- Assisting with Financial Reports: Helping prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
- Reconciliation: Matching bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy.
- Invoice Processing: Handling invoices, including verifying and recording them.
- Supporting Audits: Assisting in internal and external audits by gathering necessary documentation.
- General support duties like organizing documents, attending meetings.
- Research: Conducting research on financial accounting and best practices.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with an accounting software package is helpful, but not required.
