As a Markforged Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and optimizing data infrastructure for data collection, management, transformation, and access. You will be creating, updating and maintaining pipelines that convert raw data from a variety of source systems into usable formats for business operations and intelligence. Additionally, you will partner with business stakeholders to support data visualization needs both directly and indirectly. You will be part of a growing, multifaceted team with a breadth of experience and your contribution will impact all areas of our business including sales, product development, operations and financial planning.

What will you own?

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and build out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
Produce and or maintain dashboards and reports as well as fostering a self service model for data visualization
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to improve data models that feed business intelligence tools, increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.
Implement processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.
Perform data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
Works closely with a team of frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and analysts.
Designs data integrations and data quality framework.
Works closely with all business units and engineering teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture.

What you have:

College Degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent experience
4 + Years of experience as a data Architect or Engineer designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems with scalable pipelines
Expert level knowledge with SQL and Python, NoSQL a plus

Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
Experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling
Experience with Clickhouse and Metabase a plus
Industry experience with a global manufacturer a plus

Fluent English minimum Level C2
Technical aptitude for problem solving and issue resolution
Hybrid working with 3 days from our office in Krakow.
