Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking an upbeat individual with a can-do attitude to join our Demand Generation team as the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be assisting with the success of our lead generation initiatives.

            

You will:

  • Manage and support all Marketing campaign efforts in Marketo, including but not limited to:
    • Creating webforms
    • Lead list uploads
    • Campaign creation 
    • QA and troubleshoot tracking issues for the above
  • Manage email operations, such as:
    • Creating email templates / filling template with content
    • Scheduling and sending emails
    • Email performance reporting
  • Manage Marketo systems changes
    • Coordinate and liaise with Business Systems
    • Understand stakeholder needs and ensure alignment on project scope/deliverables
    • Track and report out on project progress, hit deadlines, and proactively communicate changes to pre-established deadlines
  • Manage system adherence
    • Own and run systems trainings for relevant users
    • Build reports to track lead progression flow and other processes in Marketo and SFDC
    • Proactively flag areas of concern / for improvement 

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3-4 years of marketing operations experience
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, analytically curious, and highly motivated to succeed in a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Has experience using marketing automation, preferably Marketo
  • Has experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Has basic understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Drift, etc.
  • Enjoys a fast-moving environment working among engineers, software developers and creative marketers
  • You want to join a team that is fun and driven to succeed
