Job Description
We are seeking an experienced licensed transaction coordinator dedicated to providing a smooth closing experience for the clients of Mark Spain Real Estate. The ideal candidate has title and settlement coordination experience in a high-volume environment. This individual diligently provides communication & closing materials to all closing partners, can track multiple timelines on several files simultaneously, and works closely with our Client Concierge team to communicate transaction details to clients and sales agents. The Transaction Coordinator must adapt to change, be solutions-oriented, juggle multiple file priorities and client requirements, and be very time-conscious. This individual must provide exceptional customer service and
communication to our clients, staff, and vendors.

Qualifications
• North Carolina real estate license required; North Carolina broker’s license preferred
• 1+ years of experience in the title and settlement business
• Familiar with title requirements and standard closing concepts, practices, and real estate settlement industry procedures.
• Ability and willingness to communicate clearly and follow up diligently on required items
• Ability to communicate with attorneys and other parties in a positive, friendly, and helpful way
• Very quality conscious, takes extreme pride in work done well
• Ability to professionally manage and resolve closing issues quickly
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on multiple files with a sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality
• Exemplary organizational skills & attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions in a paperless environment
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM program preferred

Responsibilities
• Provide in office support Monday through Friday at our Charlotte location.
• Oversee & guide contract submission of transactions with all new agents
• Draft and send contract documentation to MSRE clients for signature
• Oversee contract & compliance training with all new agents
• Review contract requirements and create timeline for key touch points to clients throughout transaction
• Track brokerage & state real estate guidelines for contract compliance
• Inform attorney and lender of pertinent information needed to keep closing timeline on track
• Assist in the coordination of earnest money submission
• Assist in coordination of ordering inspections, appraisals & home warranties
• Assist in coordinating closing time with attorney and client & other items related to closing preparation.
• Provide contract to close support to agent in all aspects of closing
