Position Overview:

This is a full time sales leadership role that takes place at the market center with the sales team.

We are seeking a high-performing senior sales leader to drive growth, productivity, and expansion in one of our largest markets. This role is responsible for leading a top-tier sales team, executing strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling high-performing sales teams, excels in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and drives aggressive sales targets and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute sales strategies that exceed growth targets while managing market center operations.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a top-performing sales team, ensuring ongoing accountability and development.
  • Drive agent success through coaching, KPI management, and consistent accountability sessions.
  • Streamline operations with efficient systems to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Identify and develop high-potential agents and future leaders to support sustainable growth and reduce turnover.
  • Lead impactful sales meetings, training sessions, and daily huddles to maintain focus and drive results.
  • Track performance metrics, provide key insights, and ensure strict adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership experience (5+ years leading teams of 15+), exceeding revenue and growth targets 
  • History of leading and developing high-performing teams 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic execution skills
  • Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics; license required 
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
  • Demonstrated success in multi-unit sales leadership
  • Highly accountable with a passion for personal and professional growth

Compensation Structure

  • Compensation breakdown:  Base Salary + Bonus
  • Benefits: 401k after 6 months, Health Benefits after 30 days, PTO
