Operations Intern Winter/Spring 2025
DESCRIPTION
MATTE is a dynamic organization that thrives on efficiency and precision in operations. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our team in tracking tasks, ensuring deliverables are met, and maintaining operational consistency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, project management, and organizational logistics.
- Capture and Circulate Meeting Notes: Attend meetings, document key points, and distribute action items to the relevant team members.
- Track Deliverables: Monitor ongoing projects to ensure all tasks are progressing as scheduled and meet delivery deadlines.
- Data Entry & Accuracy: Ensure that data entry processes are completed accurately and on time, and maintain consistency in data management systems.
- File Archive Management: Ensure team members are using file archives appropriately, and maintain the organization of archived content for easy retrieval.
- Content Sourcing & Organization: Assist in sourcing and organizing content for operational use, ensuring everything is stored efficiently and accessibly.
- Calendar Management: Support general calendar management for the team, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be enrolled in a University or Master’s program.
- Must be available for a minimum of 12 hours per week, and a maximum of 16 hours per week.
- Must be available between January 22nd and May 15th. Internships begin January 22nd, 2025.

- Multi-tasker: Capable of juggling various tasks and responsibilities at once.

COMPENSATION:
This internship is unpaid. School credit can be provided.
