M Booth is looking for an Associate Influencer Strategist for its Consumer Practice, primarily on Febreze - a Brand that is doing a lot of fresh things in the digital space! This position plays a vital role in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns to drive popularity and create stop-in-your-scroll content.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistance in the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Research and identification of relevant influencers across various social media platforms and niches, considering target audience and brand alignment
  • Management of influencers through outreach, negotiation, and contract management, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Sharing updates on trends, socialplatform updates, FTC guidelines, and industry changes
  • Measurement, conducting ongoing reporting and packaging it into client-ready report
  • Monitoring of competitor social and influencer activity

What You’ll Bring:

  • One to three years experience working in influencer marketing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Ideally, experience/ background knowledge in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands 
  • Strong writing and communication skills (social media writing a plus)
  • Ability to follow process and clearly-outlined steps and protocols
  • Good at time and project management (administratively sound with a strong attention to detail)
  • Is intrinsically motivated, takes ownership of projects and follows them through to the end
  • Can stay centered and work effectively in a fast-moving environment

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience/ background knowledge in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands 
  • Experience in influencer relations

Location: Remote or in the New York office

Our Flexible Work Policy: 

 

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.
