McCullough Robertson’s Brisbane clerkship program 

Our Brisbane Clerkship Program is a well-established and successful initiative, running across four programs per year – Summer One, Summer Two, Autumn and Winter. 

We offer clerkships to both pre-penultimate and penultimate law students in our Brisbane office, which provides the opportunity to complete two individual programs across two years. 

Each of our clerkship programs runs for four weeks, offering you exceptional opportunities for growth and the support you need to succeed while working within our committed, high-performing legal teams. You will participate in meaningful work for our high-calibre clients, collaborating closely with our approachable partners and the wider team. You will also be provided with curated training sessions, delivered by our talented partners, lawyers and business services teams.

• Training and development – Our Clerkship Program offers you support through a collaborative learning and development framework, complemented by hands on work experience.  Additionally, you will work closely with our partners and senior lawyers on complex and high-profile matters.

• Paid education benefits – If you return to the firm as a graduate, we will not only pay for your PLT and provide study leave, we go a step further by providing our Graduates with a HECS benefit to help you pay off your student debt sooner.
