Position Summary:
The Talent Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. This role assists with interview scheduling, internal mobility tracking, offer and onboarding coordination, and recruitment data maintenance. The Talent Coordinator plays a key role in delivering high- quality service, supporting process improvement, and contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience.

The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.
Job Duties & Functions:
- Draft and maintain accurate job postings and position descriptions in the ATS; conduct audits across job boards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and visibility.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Talent Acquisition inbox and general inquiries; respond directly or escalate for timely resolution.
- Support internal mobility by tracking internal applicants, managing PAN workflows, and providing updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Maintain data integrity across the ATS and HRIS; troubleshoot minor system issues and coordinate user support as needed.
- Prepare and maintain recruiting documentation, dashboards, and reports; monitor key metrics and identify trends or gaps.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects, process documentation, and internal team communications.
- Collaborate with People Operations to support onboarding logistics and ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date.
- Assist with recruiting events, candidate-facing materials, and branding initiatives to support talent attraction and engagement.
- Contribute to process and workflow improvements that enhance team-wide operational efficiency and cross-functional coordination.
- Support interview scheduling and logistics as needed, including calendar coordination and candidate communication.
- Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Assist with scheduling and other high-priority tasks for the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required,
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, project coordination, or administrative operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
Work Location: This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area and will require 1-2 days per week on-site and the rest of the week working remotely.
Shift/Hours: This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours.
Physical Requirements: This role may involve periods of sitting, standing, bending, and reaching. Mentally, the position requires strong analytical and organizational skills to prioritize information, develop strategic plans, and prepare written materials. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals across a wide range of roles, experiences, and perspectives.
