Responsibilities:
Mercury Technologies, Inc. is looking for Senior Product Manager(s) in New York, NY to develop and implement analytics to transform raw data into meaningful information for financial tech company. 

Duties may include:

  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other key partners to ship high quality products that bring in customers to Mercury. 
  • Use qualitative and quantitative metrics to guide business decisions and prioritize the roadmap, and create detailed product requirements. 
  • Understand the target market, key industry trends, and relative advantages to develop long term product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
  • Lead a team that is outcome-oriented, able to navigate blockers, and execute at an extremely high-level. 
  • Build wireframes for new features, analyze key performance indicators and customer behavior data and quantitative data (e.g. using SQL). 
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools, project management tools, and design tools. 
  • Responsible for cross-functional collaboration (e.g. with engineering, data science, user research, and other product managers) and understand how the Expansion team products fit in with the broader Mercury ecosystem. 
  • Own the development over product updates, from end-to-end, and work closely with multiple cross-functional partners. 
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders and manage product scope and implementation timeline of specific features. 
  • Responsible for business day production support during weekday rotations, including work closely with marketing teams to align product updates with marketing campaigns. 
  • Conduct user interviews and surveys to gather qualitative data on customer needs.
  • May telecommute P/T

Master degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Administration and Strategic Management, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field and three years of experience as a Sr. Product Manager, Senior Analyst, or a related occupation.    

The salary range for candidates in the US is $200,700.00 - $301,100.00. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and all employees receive salary + equity + benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
